Dr. Melik: This morning for breakfast he requested something called “wheat germ, organic honey and tiger’s milk.”
Dr. Aragon: [chuckling] Oh, yes. Those are the charmed substances that some years ago were thought to contain life-preserving properties.
Dr. Melik: You mean there was no deep fat? No steak or cream pies or… hot fudge?
Dr. Aragon: Those were thought to be unhealthy… precisely the opposite of what we now know to be true.
Dr. Melik: Incredible.

The people who decide these things have issued new dietary recommendations which include a green light on eating eggs and drinking coffee. These are things I do anyway and with great relish, so I am pleased to share that eatings eggs daily and drinking coffee is not a particularly bad thing for you to do.
It also turns out there is a technique for making Swedish coffee using eggs, which sounds outlandish and which I must try immediately. Eggs and coffee, better together!
I dream of the day when I can have backyard chickens for eggs, but those fancies have not included a backyard coffee tree (this would require moving several degrees of latitude closer to the equator).
