A short post inspired by today’s prompt:

Things I learned from the internets:

Take a cruciferous vegetable. Cut into chunks and put in pan. Drizzle it with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chunks of garlic cloves. Put in hot oven until it carmelizes (you can move it around in the pan til it gets more evenly browned). Drizzle with lemon juice. Eat. Yum!

  1. This sounds yum. I love cutting courgettes into about 1×1 inch cubes, frying them in oil and a strong home-made chilli sauce, garlic and a bit of salt until the courgette starts “melting”. Its a bit like ratatouille. Its delicious. I will have to try the your recipe!
